Abraham’s Tent – A Home for Those Displaced by the Iranian Attacks
Israel is once again facing an unprecedented war — this time with Iran — where the home front has become the frontline. Abraham Group, in partnership with the Gvanim, hopes to be a beacon of hope.
As we did on October 7th, since the beginning of the Iranian missile attacks, Abraham has opened its doors in Tel Aviv and Eilat to host displaced families free of charge, providing a supportive framework of community activities and emotional resilience (led by Gvanim). Abraham Tel Aviv also functions as a volunteer center in cooperation with the One Heart organization and others, managing a wide range of support activities.
Our focus is on helping the thousands of people who receive no government or municipal funding but must evacuate their homes. These include families whose houses were damaged or those with young children and no proper shelter — now sleeping in parking garages under harsh conditions. Abraham Group has so far covered all costs, but as demand grows, we can no longer fund this alone. That’s why we launched a fundraising campaign in Israel and the U.S.

Abraham provides a safe and warm shelter, all free of charge, for evacuees:
